Proof, not promises.

We measure every build before and after — and we publish the numbers. Here's what that looks like.

Travel publishing · WordPress → Next.js migration

The Crazy Travel

A twelve-year, three-language travel blog moved off ageing WordPress to a fast, custom Next.js build — every ranking kept, 3–4× faster — with a hand-built interactive map of the entire 47,000 km journey as its centrepiece.

Transition coaching · WordPress → Next.js migration

Natasha Chatur

A coach repositioning her practice; a WordPress template that hadn’t kept up; years of Google rankings that had to survive the move. We rebuilt it as a custom Next.js site that’s still unmistakably hers — her brand carried forward, matured, not replaced. The homepage went from 66 to 98 on mobile, all 189 of the old site’s addresses still resolve, and she edits every word of it herself.

The FIRE Exit

Pablo’s own next act — retired at 34, now writing down the working. Built from a blank folder to a 139-page launch: essays, ten interactive calculators, a 31-country tax atlas where every figure cites an official source, an open dataset and its own newsletter infrastructure — launching at a perfect 100 on all four Google PageSpeed measures, mobile and desktop, on day one.

MyStack

The page you send when someone asks what you actually take — and, underneath it, software that behaves nothing like a website. It installs from the browser like a native app, no store. It reads your entire Apple Health export on your own device — nothing uploaded — and turns a lab-report PDF into structured, reviewable data. It connects to ChatGPT and Claude, so your own AI assistant can read your record and add to it through a permissioned API. All private by default, EU-resident, and built so the interface only ever lets you be truthful.

How we prove it

No vanity numbers.

Measured before & after

We capture Google PageSpeed and load times on the old site, then again at launch — so the improvement is a fact, not a feeling.

Published, not promised

The scores go on the page. If we say a site got faster, you can see exactly how much — and check it yourself.

Rankings protected, every time

On a migration, every URL is mapped with 301s — so you gain speed without losing a place in Google. On The Crazy Travel, we kept 100%.

And you can check us right now. Put this very site through Google’s own PageSpeed tool and see the score for yourself — test truecraftlab.com .

Let’s make you impossible to ignore.

Tell us where you are now and where you want to be. We’ll tell you honestly what it takes.
